Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate a RMA Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Secure the Hardware

  Carefully pack the PC in its original double-walled box with the internal foam bracing to prevent component shifting during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Once approved, attach our prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will perform a diagnostic check upon receipt; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
